Terms of Purchase

The terms of purchase apply to consumer purchases of goods on gastrotools.com. The site is owned and operated by:

Payment Methods

Payment can be made using the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Union Pay, PayPal and Klarna. When paying by card the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment. The amount will be deducted when the item is dispatched.

If several items have been ordered in one order and one or more of the items cannot be delivered immediately, we will only deduct the payment for that item(s) when the items are dispatched.

Delivery

We deliver goods to addresses in Europe. Goods are delivered 2 to 5 days after your order.

Pre-order: If your order contains pre-order products, the order will not be dispatched until all products are in stock. The expected delivery time is shown on the product page and in the order overview.

We offer the following delivery methods depending on the country you’re ordering from: Bring, DHL, Hermes, Colis Prive, PostNL, Bpost. 

Right of Cancellation

You can cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days. If you have purchased several items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. We do not refund the delivery costs for partial cancellations.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen to receive the goods (excluding the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period runs from the day you take physical possession of the last item.

If you have ordered several parts or batches, the cancellation period runs from the time you take physical possession of the last part or batch.

If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the following working day.

How to Cancel

You cancel by giving us clear notice of your cancellation. For example, you can send a letter or e-mail stating that you wish to cancel to:

You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the goods or by failing to collect them without notifying us of your cancellation.

You can use the standard statutory cancellation form, which is reproduced at the end of these terms and conditions, but it is not mandatory.

You can also fill in a cancellation form on our website here: https://app.claimlane.com/c/gastrotools.com. If you do so, we will immediately acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email.

The cancellation period is met if you send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
